DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Your goods will be delivered using the service that you selected during the checkout process. If you are not in when they attempt delivery they will then leave you a card and take your order back to your local depot. At this point you can re-arrange delivery or collect your order from the depot in person, at this point it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure delivery of the item.

Orders received up to 2pm will be dispatched same day by the delivery method of choice. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Polygon Direct reserves the right to send certain goods by next day courier service at no furthernotice to the customer.

To qualify for Business Post next day service the order must be placed before 2pm. In special circumstances it may be possible to use this service up until 4:30pm but this must be confirmed with one of our customer advisors by phone before placing delivery.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL:

We hope that you are looking forward to receiving your order from Polygon Direct.

However if for any reason you change your mind you may cancel your order from now up

to 14 working days after the day you receive your goods. As a valued customer we want

you to feel confident that you are in good hands and know that it is important to you that

we uphold your right under European Law to this "cooling off" period. To exercise this right

please notify us in writing (by e-mail, fax or letter) of you wish to cancel the order and return the goods.

 

You must then return the goods in their original packaging at your own cost. Once we

receive the goods we will process a refund for you as quickly as possible. Whilst legally we

have thirty days to refund your card we will of course endeavour to do this within a couple

of days from our warehouse processing the return. Please note that you have a duty to look after the goods you wish to return. They must be UNUSED and in GOOD CONDITION when we receive them. For information on what to do if you wish to return an item after more than 14 working days from receiving it please see our Returns Policy below.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Polygon Direct.

However we understand that circumstances may arise where you will want to return your

goods. If you receive goods that are faulty, unsuitable or have been sent in error then we will be happy to refund or replace them. However for us to do this for you it is very important that

you follow our returns policy.

 

"What if I just don't like the goods when they arrive?"

Return them to us UNUSED within 14 days of purchase and we will give you the option of a

full refund or replacement. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the

Manufacturers' tags are still attached. You will need to cover your own costs for returning the item. It is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Once we receive the goods we will process a refund for you as quickly as possible. Whilst legally we have thirty days to refund your card we will of course endeavour to do this within a couple of days from our warehouse processing the return.

And REMEMBER! WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN WORN OR USED.

 

"But what if I discover that they are faulty?"

Don't worry, if on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please

return the goods to us and we will either refund, replace or repair them or issue a credit

note at our discretion. We will cover your costs for returning a faulty item or one that has been sent in error. If it is apparent that the goods have been damaged in bad faith of through misuse we will not be able to offer you a full refund or replacement but may be able to make a chargeable repair.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you.

In order to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can

process your package on its return.

If you follow these 3 simple steps we will be able to process your return quickly and

efficiently. If you do not follow these steps it can lead to delays and problems when processing your return.

Polygon Direct may contact you in the future with information such as special offers, new

products etc. However we will not under any circumstances sell, distribute or transfer your data to any other company. If you would like to be excluded from our customer database please send an email instructing us to remove your details.
