Swedish researchers have found that men who sit for less than half the time during work have a 20% lower risk of prostate cancer than men who sit all day.
A recent study published in the British Journal of Cancer is the largest ever to investigate the links between exercise and prostate cancer. The study involved over 45,000 men aged between 45 and 79 and looked at how likely men where to be diagnosed with prostate cancer within a 10 year period compared to the amount of physical activity they took.
